Each family or group will have their own room (hotel-style). Wi-fi, Linens and towels are included.

Check-in opens at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 2. You’ll have time to get settled into your room before dinner is served and the evening session begins. If you're running late, no worries—we’ll have your materials waiting for you at the welcome table.

Yes! While the older kids head out for ziplining and other big adventures, our Freedom Church team will provide care and fun activities for the 4 and under crowd in a nearby space. They’ll stay close to the adults, with plenty of play, supervision, and age-appropriate fun throughout the sessions.

Absolutely! The Sunday morning outdoor service is free and open to everyone—even if you’re not staying for the full retreat. We just ask that you register in advance so we can plan accordingly and send you the details. We’d love to have you there!

We totally understand—plans change! Refunds are available through September 12. After that date, we’ll do our best to work with you, but we can’t guarantee a full refund due to lodging and meal commitments. If cost is ever a concern, let us know—we never want finances to be a barrier.
